this project was inspired by the fine folks of minty forest.
every day in our two cities, we look at dictionary.com’s word of the day and let it influence our taking of a daily photo in subtle or obvious ways. we don’t share our pictures with each other until they’re both posted side-by-side and their parallels and divergences emerge.
we plan to layer additional weekly themes onto our daily photo assignments as the project goes on and welcome your suggestions for possible themes.

Guys you’re really amazing. I’m a word maniac, and for me to find people like you who amalgamate the written with the seen to create the conceptual is really inspiring. I suggest that you allow a subscription facility on your site so that we can have a daily or weekly update with the latest in your photographic lexicon… Please do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my friend and i are planning to start this project soon and i just wanted to know if you two came up with layout on your own.
i’m unsure how to post our photos side by side so any tips for that would helpful as well.
